It seems like things might not be all that well in the world of Tamy Moyo and Daniel Chiweddar.
The 22-year-old "Ndozvandiri" hitmaker might just be back on the market if the rumours circulating are anything to go by.
It seems the couple or soon to be former couple have unfollowed each other on Instagram amid rumours of an unstable relationship. Tamy Moyo and Daniel Chiweddar were announced to be dating early last year a few days after Tamy had posted a picture of herself walking at the airport with an unidentified guy who we would later find out to be Daniel.
Tamy captioned the post with a heart emoji and this sent fans speculating. The couple had been together ever since then. Maybe we're looking too much into it and an Instagram follows could just be that...an Instagram follow. But for people who used to post each other a lot, the posts have dried up in recent times and it's adding fuel to the fire of trouble in paradise.
Tamy Moyo and Daniel Chiweddar |
Earlier in the year, Daniel had announced a collaboration with Tamy on a track titled Vheneka but for unknown reasons, the track was never officially released.
When they started out, Daniel was actually one of Tamy Moyo's producers and although happy for the couple a lot of fans asked if the romantic relationship wouldn't affect the working relationship. The two have however endured and until now with no problems between the couple as far as we the public could tell.
Tamy Moyo is currently doing promo for her first on-screen performance in the movie Gonarezhou. The movie highlights poaching in Zimbabwe and the wildlife conservation efforts of park rangers. The movie also stars Tendai Chitima, Eddie Sandifolo, Tendaiishe Chitima, Tariro Washe and Charlene Mangweni among other local actors.
Daniel Chiweddar was at one point in time part of Military touch movement but he left the label two years ago to pursue his own path in music. Chiweddar is a multi-instrumentalist who attended Bulawayo Music Academy where he mastered his skills in playing instruments which include piano, keyboard, drums, bass and lead guitar.
He is both a live and digital producer, mix and mastering engineer.
The two were certainly the makings of a power couple!
Only time will tell if the couple addresses the rumours or they carry on living their lives as they usually do. Whether together or alone we hope nothing but the best for them in the future.
