Bailly Larinette Tatah who is known by her stage name Blanche Bailly is a Cameroonian female Afropop singer and songwriter.
She originates from the town of Bangante in the west region of Cameroon. She was born on the 8th of August 1995.
Blanche Bailly grew up in the city of Kumba in the South West region of Cameroon. She did her primary school studies at the Sacred Heart College Kumba and later relocated to France. She was just twelve when she left Cameroon. She continued her education and later obtained a Bachelor’s degree.
Blanche Bailly started singing and performing in school groups and choirs. Her vocal and performing skills developed fast.
In 2015, Blanche Bailly kick-started a music career. She quickly released her debut single titled “Killa“. The song was produced by AyoBeatz, a London based producer. In the same year, she realized a collabo with Julz, Rawf K and AmaFru on the track titled “Bruce Lee“.
In August 2016, she dropped the hit single titled “Kam We Stay“. The song was directed by the award-winning, Buea based video director, Dr. Nkeng Stephens. She used this track to encourage women to stick with conventional methods of marriage. She also touched on the empowerment of the African woman, entrepreneurship for women and respect for social values.
In May 2017 she released “Mimbayeur“ featuring Minks. The song amazed massive success both at home and abroad. This is the song that actually introduced Blanche Bailly to the urban music lovers in Cameroon.
